Do you have an intel integrated graphicscard? It looks like a driver issue (wich is intel known for).
 
Yep intel integrated but it was working a hour before and i got off to eat and when i reopened it that happened
 
That we hear alot, you can try with different drivers as far as i know. Or if you have an external card use that one instead.
