Can't keep up error offline

Guys,I have a really bad computer but I can stand the lag that I get,but I have a big problem with the last three pack that came outirewolf20 1.5.2,Unleashed and Unhinged.The problem is that if I create a world everything goes greatly but as soon as I return into that world after a few second I get the famous problem:"Can't keep up!Did the system time change or is the server overloaded?"
I've alredy heard about this but i thought it was only for servers.How can I avoid this while I'm playing offline(singleplayer)?
I have to say that i can't use every mod in the pack so can it be the problem?However those are my stats:

Processor Amd semptron(tm processor LE-1250
Video card: Ati radeon hd 3200graphics
Ram:1,75 GB(I don't know the exact type,sorry)
Motherboard Gigabyte MA780G-UD3H

That "Can't keep up" error means you have a not strong enough computer.
It indicates you'll get lag, and that Minecraft can barely run on your PC.
You don't need a really powerful computer to play FTB, but you should have some better specs (At least 4GB RAM, a good processor with more than 2GHz (yours is barely above the limit), a good Hard Drive, perhaps a good Internet for online playing).
If you didn't get this error in older modpacks that's simply because they had less mods. Unleashed got ~ 120 mods, while Direwolf20 for 1.4.7 had ~75, and the older the modpack the less mods.
The only fix: get a better computer or upgrade your current one.

Or that you're using all the wrong stuff (outdated java, 32 bit when you should have 64, the wrong parameters, outdated drivers)
