Problem Can't join servers.

I cant join servers if I dont remove nei and server config not changed to

B:cart.gift=false
and
B:cart.pumpkin=false in railcraft.cfg i cant connect.

If it wasn't It says your item id's are different from servers you cant join

If nei installed I get this crash http://pastebin.com/6pBpsA2u

I was getting same error in extrabiomes but i solved it.
