Cant join friends multiplayer game

Details of the issue hey I have a problem joining my friends server and I am the only one having this problem were I join and it shows logging in and dose nothing and on the server It dose not say I joined but says I left. I have tried many things and did my research and nothing has came up. I need help with is issue please
