Windows .jar Cant Join A Server, says I need multiple Mods to play On!!

I have been playing on a MindCrack server for about 2 weeks now and I haven't had any problems with FTB Launcher, but now when I try and connect to the server it says I need multiple mods to play on. Nothing has changed on the server. I also had the same problem as many other people when the Launcher was not updating cause of an error half way through. I just wanna play and I have no clue why I need more mods because the server is on MindCrack and that's what I am using when launching the game.
