Details of the issue on a multiplayer lan server me and my friends use the server lagged as i jumped and got flagged for flying and kicked and now once i rejoined cannot interact with machines break or break blocks the whole world acts like claimed chunks that aren't mine. i have changed the no flying setting to off as i'm sure it will cause issues later anyway. i drowned myself and that fixed it REALY weird though i assume it was a vanilla issue as none of the problems were anything to do with a mod. sorry for posting and solving the issue myself.
