Summary of the problem cant interact wite blocks or go in gammemode

What is the bug? I just start kill some witer and wen i come back i can not do anything and also its singelplayer and wen i mean i go to creative i mean activate LAN -> ceat ,but i can still fly with my jet-pack and wen try to close CPU is going down to 4 percent and the screen frease and it take about 5 min until it start to close the server
