Windows .exe Can't get past console

I have played FTB in the past and have been playing for awhile. Recently I went to add a new mod to it and could not get it to launch and so to reset everything, I backed up my save and deleted the FTB folder in the ProgramFiles. Now upon trying to get the game back up I run into this http://pastebin.com/ZLC95i9V. Any thoughts?

Please follow this guide it solves this error for a lot of users. Also if you meant the actual Program Files folder and not %AppData% folder then you are going to have problems if you try to use it again. Please follow the liked guide carefully and precisely. If after following the guide and you are still experiencing problems please post a new pastebin.com
