Windows .exe Can't get into Monster pack.

I downloaded and re-downloaded the Monster pack on both the recommended and latest versions, and I keep getting this error: http://pastebin.com/549i7Eby

I did have the latest update of Java, as when I tried to update it it informed me that my version was already up to date. I did get it to work by creating a fresh FTB folder. Obviously not ideal, and if you'd like more information on the problem just let me know.
