Can't download server files 1.0.11?

As the titles says I cannot download direwolf20's 1.0.11 server files from the launcher it just says timed out are the creeper host servers down or something? Also 1.0.10 just disappeared and when I go to the changelog section 1.0.11 isn't even listed? Just wondering! :D

It won't download either the client or server. Looks like Creeperrepo is a bit bogged down, though that doesn't really explain the lack of release notes. I assume it was some sort of quick-fix update.
