Windows .exe Can't download modpacks

I have followed the trouble shoot guide at least 3 different times hoping for new outcomes but nothing. I have tried reinstalling java and still nothing. Every time I download feed the beast launcher and try to play ftb unleashed it says it can't download it. It was working fine yesterday but I reinstalled it due to Horizons not working. (Still doesn't)
