Problem Can't download Direwolf20 Server

I'm trying to download the server files to host the server on my computer. I open launcher, then hit the "Download Server" button, but nothing happens. It does that with every single modpack too. Can I get a link to the download? Or why is my launcher doing this?

The launcher is the suggested method of obtaining the server. Try changing the Download Location from the Options tab in the Advanced Options section by clicking on the Advanced Options button. You will have to close then reopen the launcher for the change to take effect. Check here for each of the different locations and whether they are working or not.
