Can't Download Any Modpacks

Every time I try to download a modpack I get this error. http://pastebin.com/wVgHHv23 The FTB launcher was working fine a few days ago. I have already tried force updating, deleting the folder, and updating java. In the beginning I thought it was because the Chicago server was offline since I changed the download location but when I changed that back to automatic I still got the same problem.

Operating System : Windows 8.1
Launcher Version : 1.3.2
Java Versions : Java Version 7 Update 45 32 Bit and 64 Bit[DOUBLEPOST=1388967295][/DOUBLEPOST]Somehow the problem partially fixed itself so now when I try downloading modpacks it starts downloading but stops halfway through and there is an error that pops up saying it failed to download the modpack.

Change to a different repo and try again. Try Atlanta or Miami

It stays on the Downloading Modpack Please Wait thing.
Now it goes back to the select modpack screen and the console has this error.

I already uninstalled and reinstalled Java today to the latest version should I do it again?

I'm assuming you've already backed up all of your FTB files.

Delete the ftblauncher folder in your Roaming folder.

Is there an issue with posting multiple times because on the FTB helpdesk Gareth 'Gaz492' posted the same thing 4 times.

Do you mean to delete the ftblauncher folder in the Roaming folder again?

Change the location you're downloading from in the Options > Advanced Options

There is an issue with the sites being slow thats why there was 4 replies, sorry for the spam.

Oh that's why. Anyway I changed the download location to Atlanta and got the error about not being able to download the modpack one fourth of the way through. http://pastebin.com/1PgY4vvL

Try Miami, historically, Atlanta doesn't work well

Automatic is probably sending you to Chicago, which I believe is down.
Atlanta's just silly lol
