Problem Can't determine source of lag (FTB Beyond 1.10)

I am running FTB Beyond 1.10 on Ubuntu 16.04. I have captured 2 different nps reports of lag spikes that have occurred randomly. I cannot find any discernible source of error in them and was wondering if I could get some help.

I have allocated 16GB of ram as max and 512mb as min.
The server is using SpongeForge with SpongeBootstrap as a wrapper. I have added the following Sponge Plugins:

Project Worlds 0.11.6
Project Portals 0.13.8
Consensus 1.1.2
LuckPerms 3.3.19
TotalEconomy 1.7.0
Prism 3.0.0 beta2-45

Theres no logs of value. Those are VisualVM NPS snapshots, not text files.
