Summary of the problem Can't deal damage and crash - Extra Utilities

What is the bug? While playing on a server entering the deep dark caused my game to crash with no error.
As well as this, rejoining the first time didn't work and the second time attacking mobs doesn't deal damage.
I've been to the deep dark on single player with no problems.

Is it repeatable? If two players enter the deep dark for the first time at the same time
Known Fix Restarting the server may work, if not probably generating a new world
