Can't create support account

Hello I need to create a support account because I am having trouble with the 1.7 DIrewolf20 with it complaining about 'failure to create native libraries' but when I go to sign up for a support account it comes up with this error message "Signup is not allowed for this account". I of course checked if I already had a support account but when I went to reset the password it claims no account matches that email address.

I am having the same issue. Tried all the same steps to recover just in case there was some sort of migration or shared authentication.

Think I know the cause of the issue but I can't fix it right now! It'll be back soon
