Summary of the problem Can't create / join worlds

Pack Version 3.0.9

What is the bug? First of all, the bug is still in version 3.0.11 but that isn't an option. In 3.0.9, I could still create new worlds.

Creating or trying to join a previously created world causes you to get stuck in "Loading World" screen
