Summary of the problem Cant craft the "basalt seed"

What is the bug? I cant craft the basalt seeds. It needs "basalt raw" from chisel but the only basalt i can obtain is basalt from environmental tech (using the void resource miner). The "basalt raw" from chisel can be chiseled into the basalt from environmental tech but not the other way around.
