Can't craft Charge Stations

Details of the issue:
I can't craft the Charge Stations (Standard, Advanced, Lapotronic or Ultimate). I tried both the normal and the GregTech recipes but they won't work. When I look up the items in NEI I can see them and give them to myself in cheat mode but when I'm on recipe mode I can't see the recipe. Any help on how to solve this/whether I'm not meant to be able to craft them would be appreciated.​
