Cant connect?

So im hosting a server on minecraft-hosting.pro launched the server using their Feed the beast revelation release or whatever but when i try connecting to the server this appears. cant figure out how to fix this, anyone got a soulution?

Check that you have the correct version on the pack. The error shows that you have different versions of the mods on your client than on the server.
