This has been happening with any of the different ftb servers I try and connect to, as well as Resonant Rise servers in the ATLauncher. I can load the modpack fine, and can play singleplayer, but multiplayer isnt working. Any help someone can give is appreciated

Welcome. According to this, they are using v1.0.11 not the recommended 1.0.12 The server and client must have the same mod pack version and enabled/disabled mods. Ask an admin or other users which version the server is using. If they are using 1.0.11 then select 1.0.11 from the drop down menu where it says recommended. Then go to the Options tab and click the big button that says Force Update? Then launch the pack again.

I'm surprised I did not see it in the first log. You never want to install the launcher/mod packs into the AppData folder. In a folder on your Desktop is the recommended place. Your Java is also a few versions behind. Please follow the basic troubleshooting guide carefully and completely.

Oh sorry, it was working for months, so I just assumed something really strange happened. Thanks for the help

Well, no. Chances are I'm still doing something obviously wrong, but here it is. I followed the guide, opened the launcher, and tried downloading the direwolf20 mod pack. It then kept going in a loop, or close to, until an error message showed up. The message never loaded after 10 minutes, all it showed was error. I had to close down the launcher with Task Manager. I had to copy the log from FTBLauncherLog text document. Also, a really long log, so I took the first portion and the last portion

When you copied over the pastebin manually, which I thank you for doing, you forgot to copy over some important information. Information in the first part of the log like OS, Java version and where you have the modpacks installed.

Not sure what the default location for the severs are, but you could try changing the download location in the Advanced Options. Go to the Options tab and press the Advanced Options button. Change the Download Location to something else other than Chicago or try another one for better speed. Check here for the status of each repo location.
