Can't connect to servers

Details of the issue:
While loading into ANY server, i get a perpetual "logging in screen". And on servers where it does let me log in, it says that my username "contains invalid characters" because it's registering my email as my username. Any fixes for this?​

Did you input your email as your username on the FTB launcher? Try checking out your settings and seeing if there is anything incorrectly setup there.
