Can't connect to server when using ServerStar.bat file

I know other people have had this problem but I never really found any solutions to it so I thought I'd ask about it.
Started running a server for me and my friends and wanted to increase the amount of RAM dedicated to it. (Magic World 2 server) So I tried to run the server using the .bat file but it won't let me connect. I can connect locally so I know the server is running fine. My friends can connect if I run the server using the .jar file.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
