Can't connect to Lan network, but others can connect to mine

Details of the issue:
I can't see my brother's Lan world, on which I have been able to play previously. He can see mine if I create one however and join it. I have modified my firewall settings to no avail, and tried direct connecting to no avail. I used to be able to join his, and neither of us have changed anything. Occasionally I can see his world, but usually after joining, if I quit I can't rejoin. And it will boot me after a random amount of time. It started off such that I couldn't see his world from time to time, but could see it most of the time, and after we both restarted it would work even if it didn't previously, but now that fix isn't working.
He can always see and join my worlds.​

mmm, so if in network anyone see U, but U not see anyone, then it's problem on other side)
try turnoff antivirus on both sides for test.
