can't connect to friends server.

i'm new to ftb so i do not understand it completely, but i went well till last friday.

i was playing with friends on a server which my friend host, there was a bit lag and sometimes the server crashed.
this was no problem but last fridag i couldn't join the server.

this is what is get:

i deleted java and ftb, and it worked again.
but the next day couldn't get in again, i tried to delete and install everytime again it didn't work.
i tried probably everything.
i'm running windows 7, 64bit, 8gb ram, java 7 update 21
i hope someone can help me. i'm hopeless

i did the first time you said, that one i allready tried it worked again for a short time just like now.
when ik click: past my log to pastebin.com, in debug.

i copy and pasted my log in, this is before i try to connect to the server, mabye the problem is in there.
my friend is out of town so the server is offline for a few days.

no not really, i have this too, but only the first 30 seconds IF i get in.
but that's the problem i lose connection before i connect.

But it behaves like the same? (the length of that strange connection may vary)

yeah sort of, but my big problem is that my java keeps saying he's readed out so i can't join the server.
when i can get in, i just wait 30 seconds and everything is loaded.

i could easily join a other server from a other friend of mine,this was when i couldn't join the normal mc server, but i haven't check online servers,
