Windows .exe Can't connect to friends server anymore (read timed out)

Have previously been able to connect and others are able to connect but I cannot anymore, resinstalled everything but still says: "SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out"
Also server is not a dedicated server.
Any help would be appreciated.

Server "owner" here, just hoisting my petard onto the thread in case some server information is needed.

Server has plenty of spare RAM and is still in its infancy - no lag-creating monster builds yet.

I wonder if this is the same or similar error as the other bouncycastle errors. Start by deleting the folder 'C:\Users\Ben Karkera\Desktop\FTB\Libraries\' then restart the launcher and try to connect after the Libraries redownload. If that does not fix it redownload the configs from the server to ensure they are exactly the same as the ones on the server. Look here for more info about the other bouncycastle error. If that does not fix it please post a new console log.

I know Icecreameyes already did a full redownload of everything (he followed the troubleshooting guide and even reinstalled Java), and we tested on my out-of-the-box no configs changed Test server, but I'll send him the server configs in case there is a mismatch somewhere.

Used host configs and deleted libraries. No change, this is the new log

Looking at the server log output and talking over Skype, I see an Reached end of stream error long before IceCreamEyes' client throws an error:

2014-01-12 21:16:09 [SEVERE] Reached end of stream for /aaa.bbb.ccc.ddd
2014-01-12 21:16:36 [INFO] EyesCreamEyes [/aaa.bbb.ccc.ddd:15493] lost connection

(yes, I obfuscated IP's)

The lost connection line appears approximately the same time as his client complains.
