Can't connect? Says offline

I have an issue with my minecraft server I own. I contacted the people that host my server, and asked them why my server was offline. They told me to look at my console and that there's a whole bunch of errors in it... I am so new to hosting my own minecraft server so I honestly have no idea how to fix it. They told me it could be a FTB error and that I'd need to come here to the forums to figure it out.. Can someone help me?

First of all welcome on the FTB forums, stay awhile and listen (o snap wrong game)

2 things:
1) We need those errors / logs (otherwise we have no idea what's causing the problem)
