Summary of the problem Cant Chisel Diorite

What is the bug? When I place diorite in the chisel, the chisel brings up all available chisel options for stone.
The only diorite chisel option i have is to go from diorite to polished diorite. NEI displays that you can chisel diorite in most ways as you can in stone, but when placed in the chisel, it doesnt allow me.

Is it repeatable? yes, I've tried multiple stacks of diorite and polished diorite and different chisels.
