Can't change Minecraft window size in FTB launcher options.

I have tried several times now to get the FTB launcher to set the Minecraft window size correctly so that the bottom of the Minecraft window does not hang off the bottom of the screen. Unfortunately while I can set this every time I turn the computer on, the FTB launcher will not save the size and position of the Minecraft window I want it to use.

Can anyone help me find what the issue is here?
