Can't build advanced RE battery/OD and OV scanner

Details of the issue:Hi,
I'm relatively new to the modding of minecraft. So far no problems but some recipes seem
to be missing or can't be crafted.
When starting a game in creative the items like advanced RE battery, OD scanner and OV scanner are there and can be used. But when putting the ingredients in the
crafting grid there is no output not matter if using creative/survival.
I am using forge 1.8.9-11.15.1.1902
I would be very happy if someone could help me out on this!
