Problem Can't break blocks since Direwolf20 V4 update. Help please!

Yesterday I updated to the last version. I had a problem with the map, and I looked for a fix. I fixed it by changing the forestry config (one parametre from false to true) and it solved the problem with the map.

But today, I have seen that, if I'm not OP, I can't break any block. I break it, but it reapears and in the chat and in the console, nothing is said. I have added Forge Essentials, and Fihgu's command mod, and I don't know which is the problem and how to fix it.

Note: the command blocks don't work.

Any help will be so appreciated. Thank you!

Players need a certain permission node to be able to interact with blocks, as stated on ForgeEssentials wiki.
If you don't have time to add permissions, just remove the Protection module zip.

The forestry config has nothing to do with the permissions (breaking / placing stuff), the forestry fix he did was prob the bee value
It's a pretty often discussed issue with forestry found here for example: http://forum.feed-the-beast.com/threads/mindcrack-v7-server-crash.7719/#post-89787

Both Forge Essentials and Fihgu's command mod have seperate permission systems, you can just remove the permission mods if you don't wanna use them or you need to set them up correctly for them to work.
