Bug Can't break blocks (not a modpack, picked mods myself)

Hi, i can't break blocks unless it's instant. This never happened until today even though i've been playing on this world for a long time. I have a video too.

Found the problem. It was the block reach enchantment in Rin's Many Enchantments.
