Cannot Regenerate Aura Nodes In Unleashed Server

First, let me start by apologizing if this topic has already been posted elsewhere or if this topic is in the wrong area. I'm new to the forums. I have actually looked through the forums and multiple other websites for an answer this to, as well as played with the configurations and other settings, myself.

I host a FTB Unleashed server and I'm having issues with where my Aura Nodes become unresponsive. I found a couple of places that helped me resolve that issue. However, now I've gotten to a point where they become unresponsive and the same issue occurs. I wanted to change the number of aura nodes there were within N number of chunks. Now I have an issue where it's generated multiple auras in in the same areas (as if they were duplicated), but with none of them being responsive. I cannot move them and they do not recharge wands. Silverwood trees cannot be grown, either. I have tried removing the aura nodes, but I they will not delete. I have changed the world generation aura_nodes to true, changed the regen_key multiple times (all different), and the remove_aura_nodes to true multiple times. None of these have changed the nodes at all. They are still visible and the readings and responses are still the same. I have seen that a lot of people have posted about how the auras.dat file should be deleted, but that file does not exist in any of the locations it should (these were from people talking about Ultimate and Mindcrack servers, so I don't know if it's something that's not in Thaumcraft 3, as I don't know what version of Thaumcraft they use). I even started a completely separate server from the bare minimum (original download) and log into it. No auras.dat file was created there, either. I have even used backups of the world directory folder and even the ENTIRE server folder to a date before any of this happened and the auras were STILL where they were and still courrupted. I don't know if the server is taking information from the client side and changing things for that reason (which I highly doubt is happening), but I have no clue what to do at this point. If deleting the entire server folder and replacing it with a back-up from two days priory to this event doesn't fix the issue, then I have no idea where the problem is coming from.

If anyone has any information, please let me know so that I can get this resolved.

Ok, I apparently fixed the problem, but I'm not sure how. Since this isn't an immediate problem, anymore, it doesn't need to be prioritized, but I would appreciate it if this thread could stay open in case anyone has any information they can add about this particular issue. It would help me to gather information since I don't know what I did to fix the problem and if it happens again, I'll have a clear method of resolving the issue, as I spent about four hours trying to resolve the issue today.

Fftb unleashed includes Thaumcraft 4 surely?

In Thaumcraft 3 vis was a limited resource. Nodes recharge in tc 3 by draining vis from nearby nodes and by converting vis infused stone to the drained variety. Once all the nodes that are within 160 meters (i.e nodes in loaded chunks) are drained and all the vis stone is gone the nodes get stuck at zero vis.

Creating crystal clusters is the only way new vis is generated in tc3. So any long term tc3 game required a large investment in crystal clusters and mana batteries to top up the aura and prevent crafting draining it so low bad flux effects occurred.

Must admit I actually wish tc4 had this mechanic.

Agree. TC3 vis system was wonderfully complex and fun to set up and manage. Too bad that few actually understood it and it was dumbed down to what it is now.

No, I believe that FTB Unleashed is Thaumcraft 3. But I wasn't worried about it recharging; I was trying to regenerate the aura nodes in the entire world. No matter what I did, the same aura nodes stayed in the same place and wouldn't remove themselves when I set the configuration to do so. Like I said, I even deleted the entire server folder and loaded a back-up and they were still there, so I didn't know what was going on. I know how to recharge vis and such, but that wasn't the problem.
