Details of the issue I believe the issue started with an accidental world edit command.

(Part of the issue-) Seems like the data from Enderstorage got corrupted. Remove said folder from your save file (not the mod itself).
 
I think he messed up his level.dat when he did the MCEDIT. The line below is from his log.

@Jaari I tried this and it does allow me farther than before. Before I did this it wouldn't even try to open the world it would just go back to the main menu. But @Henry Link is right when I get this far this message pops up:

Forge Mod Loader detected that the backup level.dat is being used.

Now what confuses me is that the backups that I have backups of this world from before the issue started occurring and those worlds also show this message.

Erroring TileEntity. Should be easy to remove with forge.cfg turning removal of erroring TE's to true. Please note that this might destroy half your world based on whether you did damage to your world or not with MCEdit (so make sure you have a backup before doing this).

I just tried this with no luck. It gives me the same error message about "whilst exception while updating neighbours" relating to enderio light nodes.
