Mac Cannot Move

Whenever I start up any modpack, after about three seconds I cannot move and FTB won't register any of my keystrokes. I'd appreciate some help here, because I have no idea how to solve it. I've tried:

-Restarting
-Reinstalling
-Force Updating
-Disabling voxel mods
