Summary of the problem Cannot log into server

Pack Version 1.6.0

What is the bug? Friend has recently set up a new FTB Revelation server, and for some reason, I cannot log in. There's about 6 or so other people who have successfully logged in. This same person has set up lots of other modded servers and I've never had this issue beforehand.

I attempt to log in, but as you can see in the server log, I leave the server without connecting successfully to the server in the first place.

Hopefully the server log I've linked is enough information.

Mod & Version Default mods as of FTB Revelation 1.6.0 1.12.2 Release.

Is it repeatable? Just logging into a server triggers disconnect. Issue doesn't exist with singleplayer.

Edit: Current issue is the exact same as Sly Lycan's issue, posted on this forum on the 16th of January 2018. The post is titled "Disconnect when trying to login". Lycan's provided log is the same as mine. Only difference is that Lycan ran 1.3.0, and I'm running 1.6.0.

You may try to use minimal graphic settings, so your loading time will be significantly reduced.
