Cannot join my own server hosted on my pc

If there's a repeatable issue that can be labeled as a bug, then please use the issue tracker for the pack or the app at GitHub issue trackers - If there's no repository for a pack that means that the pack is old and/or will not be updated. Bugs for older packs will not be fixed, unless they are critical.

Details of the issue:
I have made a server for me and 2 friends they are able to join the server but i am not upon loging in i get "java.net.connectexception: connection refused:no further information:" i have port forwarded already i reinstalled the server files are online im not banned its not being blocked by my firewall http://forum.feed-the-beast.com/threads/cant-join-my-own-mp-server.155788/ some stuff we talked about​
