Cannot install better sprinting to Monster FTB?

Hi guys, i new to FTB, and im going to record it soon, but I dont like the sprinting in minecrat 1.6.4 i like it as my "Q" key to toggle, So i want better sprinting, but i cannot get it to work or show up in minecraft. Its added to the mod list in the launcher, but not in minecraft? Any reason why?
 
Hey i think there are some people out there that can help with this..

1. Are you sure its not installed? Check the keybinds to see if you can rebind it

2. If it is enabled check for conflicting configs

3 if it is enabled and no configs then check the modular powersuits configs

Hmm let me see if I cam think of anyone that might be able to help.

Did you grab the 1.6 version and not the 1.7 version (if there is one)

yeah, but its the 1.6.4 forge V11 it doesnt show up in the mod list in Minecraft either. Ive tried it with the non forge version also. and Ive even tried reinstalling everything.
 
nevermind! I found it! but one more question, how do i get all the controls for everything not to conflict with each other?
 
You can just go into your key bindings and change all the keys you dont use to something odd like the delete key or right shift
