Cannot grow dandelion/poppy seeds

Im sorry if this is the wrong forum, but i wasnt sure where to post it.

So im doing agricraft, and mutating stuff. I have the correct seeds, correct farmland, correct stick-things. But it still wont grow any seeds. All that grows is either one of the crops on the side (melon, potatoe or carrot)...

What am i doing wrong? Ive searched all the seeds and it says "carrot + potato = ?", but i dont know how to get that ? into the poppy/dandelion seed.

I ran into the same problem with melon seeds; I ended up buying these seeds in the market block.

What does prevent you from using the market block from Pam's Harvestcraft if you are playing skyblock?

What does prevent you from using the market block from Pam's Harvestcraft if you are playing skyblock?

It needs seeds from harvest craft first.
