Cannot get FTB Infinity Evolved to launch

Details of the issue:
The launcher fails to launch Feed the Beast. I've already tried deleting all files from C:\ftb and from the ftb %appdata% folder, deleting the launcher, redownloading the launcher, uninstalling and reinstalling java, etc.

Currently using java 1.80_66 64bit.​
