Cannot download any modpacks

Does anyone else have problems downloading the mod packs on the FTB Launcher ?

I cannot download any of them, all i get is a connection timeout error.

Slowpoke mentioned on a live stream that the FTB team had to take the FTB Launcher off the internet completely due to beeing flagged as malware and such, i take it this is why i cannot download any of the packs.

Welcome. Believe me it would make the news thread if that actually happened. Creeperhost was advised to take it off not forced and I'm sure that it was sorted out. The Repos all seem to be up except for Chicago. If you are on Chicago or automatic try manually setting a repo under the Options tab click on the Advanced Options button and change the download location. If you are not on Chicago or automatic you might want to check your Firewall and/or antivirus program to see if it is blocking the launcher. You could also follow the basic troubleshooting guide to eliminate any problem with the setup.

Turns out i was using an old version of the launcher where only Chicago was available in advanced options. Seems to work with the latest version.
