Cannot disable iguana tweaks

Details of the issue:
Hi there

The ex-nihilo hammers are not pulverising, I suspect a clash with iguana tweaks but cannot disable it (disabled both on ftb launcher and via ftp on server) as it throws up a mod rejection/forge error when logging in. I have been through the config for iguana tweaks and all is as it should be as far as I can tell.​
