Mac Cannot Create a World

Hey folks, I am trying to create a single player world, but every time I try I am unable.
My log is as follows: http://pastebin.com/As1E1Wgp

I am using a Mac, the Mindcrack 8.2.0 pack and I have updated my Java.
I have 3.5 GB of RAM allocated to run it so I don't think that is the issue. Any help would be much appreciated.

I believe this to be the most important thing out of the log:
[WARNING] [Minecraft] Can't keep up! Did the system time change, or is the server overloaded?
I looked this up, but it seems to be a problem with servers not single player.
