Summary of the problem Cannot craft wand foci uprising

What is the bug? So I have a wonderful Infusion Altar, it can do all the infusions. But when I try to create a wand foci uprising, it just won't start the infusion. I checked many times the items, they don't have strange IDs, and I've got the right essences near the infusion table. I've tried with a lot of wands, starting with an Ichorium adorned Ichorium strapped silverwood wand, but it just won't do it.
