Cannot craft Industrial Craft advanced circuit

Title Cannot craft Industrial Craft advanced circuit

Details of the issue I am trying to make the molecular transformer from IndustrialCraft 2 and it requires an advanced circuit however when i go to craft it i can only make the TechReborn advanced circuit. The tier down electronic circuit appears to be interchangeable between the two mods that are copies of each other but for this particular recipe (the molecular Transformer) it needs to be the Industrial craft unit which as i said it will not let you craft
