Summary of the problem Cannot Craft "Essence of Scornful Oblivion"

What is the bug? Basically, the "Essence of Scornful Oblivion" cannot be crafted. JEI will auto-fill the recipe into a Crafting Table no problem if you have the items to make it, but there'll be no result to pull out.

Is it repeatable? Yep. Just try to craft it and you can't.

Known Fix Since it's a crafting bug, using JEI cheat mode to remove the crafting components and replace them with the completed item is a valid workaround when cheats are enabled.

This is a known bug, which is literally just been fixed. Will be available in 1.5.0 or 1.5.1 of the pack. Thanks for your report.
