Details of the issue When I try to go to my default gateway website page, i get this error. I'm trying to port forward my skyfactory 3 server

This site can’t be reached.
10.0.1.1 refused to connect.
Try:
Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
