Can you add your own mod pack to the launcher?

Just had a thought, some friends and I have been using FTB Lite as a base line for our server. We have just added the mods to the FTB Lite pack through the launcher.

Now at some point FTB Lite will get updated and someone may click update and loose all the mods we have added.

Is there a way of making the pack that we use into its own pack just for us. I don't want it added to the pack list or anything (im not against that just don't think it needs it).

I do hope im making myself clear. Basically is there a way to add your own mod pack to the launcher?
