Can;t get Grief Prevention to Work

Details of the issue:
I don't know how to setup this plugin nor know how to get it on and working. can I get help on this issue ? I heard about the DCMA a long time ago and now I don't know anything that can help me prevent grief on my servers as a plugin :/​

To run plugins on a Forge server you need to use either Thermos or kCauldron.
