Can someone please explain the properties of Minecraft Server?

I am a noob at hosting servers. I am very willing to learn and want to improve the server I am running.
So if you can explain the information inside the red box that would be amazing.

Well, I can only answer the Memory/RAM one, sorry... I only usually run the server without the GUI.
Memory use: The server looks like it's been given 1024MB of RAM to use, hence the statement that it's using 750MB and has 36% free. You can increase the RAM in the startup.bat or startup.sh script that you use.

If you want to remove the Minecraft Server GUI and just keep the console open instead, add 'nogui' without the quotations to the end of your startup script.

Its ok and thanks. You have actually helped a lot. I had the start.bat file saying "java -Xms1G -Xmx15G -jar direwolf20.jar". I didn't realize that the minimum was bottle necking my server. Or at least what I think was.

That actually doesn't tell us much. To find out what is being slow, run "/debug start", wait ~30 seconds, then run "/debug stop".

Then pastebin the file it leaves in the debug directory for your server.
